The Alvin Bragg lawfare case against President Trump is already falling apart in its New York courtroom.
It was obvious from the start of this latest garbage lawsuit against President Trump that there was never a case against Trump but the Marxists in New York insisted on pushing forward with the case anyway.
Now they are hoping that a corrupt court and leftist jurors will find Trump guilty of the latest made-up crime they are throwing at him in hopes to sway uninformed Americans to vote for Old Joe in 2024.
On Thursday David Pecker destroyed the prosecution’s case.
Pecker is the former CEO of American Media until August 2020. He was the publisher of National Enquirer and several other popular publications.
He testified that Trump “had no idea what [he] was talking about” when he asked about reimbursing Michael Cohen for the Stormy payment
He also said the “catch & kill” scheme was devised by him and Michael Cohen–NOT Donald Trump!

[FOX reporter: Pecker also said when he spoke to Trump about Trump reimbursing Michael Cohen for paying adult film actress Stormy Daniels, Trump told him he had no idea what Pecker was talking about.
Pecker testified again about purchasing the lifetime rights to former Playboy model, Karen McDougal’s story as well. He said he did that in part because he and Cohen had concerns it would hurt Trump’s campaign. Notably, he did not say those concerns came from Trump himself.

As long as that judge is hearing the case, it isn’t dead.
Pres Trump should put the Clinton’s and Edwards on his list of witnesses.
Have his defense ask questions about paying people off and using actual campaign money rather than just sending his “half assed lawyer” money, from a business account, over what he was told was a legal matter.
You know the commie judge and prosecutor are going to say Trump’s denial of knowing what the publisher was talking about was Trump’s knowing lie. They will put forth that argument—WITHOUT EVIDENCE—to bias the jury.

The strategy is to put constant pressure on Trump to hurt him, to keep their America-/American-hating base hopeful if not excited, and to deflect attention from the truly horrific damage they are causing to our Republic, our Constitution and our society.
Democrat/Communists will stop at nothing to maintain their power and to accomplish their singular objective -- their goal proclaimed loudly, unamiguously and forcibly in 2008 by their mulatto-marxist-muslim leader who clearly hates our American Republic and who is still running the executive branch of our federal government -- to "fundamentally transform the United States of America" .
The Democrat/Communist Party and their cult members will do whatever it takes -- whatever it takes -- to stop Trump from being re-elected. You can bet the farm on that!
If I were this person, I would change my last name, to Peckham, or Pekkonan, or simply to Peck. Otherwise, people might have very high expectations, that may not be possible to fill.
It worked in Alaska against Sarah Palin and in Wisconsin against Scott Walker. Why not continue this lawfare crap? At a minimum, it interferes with their governance, tarnishes their image, and ultimately can frustrate them out of office.

Probably to an extent. At the same time it is highlighting the crooked democrats. Also, Trump has been campaigning in NY/NJ, more than he would have done otherwise. He highlighted democrat allowed crime infestation when he visited the Bodega people. That video got a lot of attention. There is a national audience watching this.
Yeah, Sarah Palin was forced out of office with just a small portion of this type of lawfare. Nobody objected to this, including republicans.
Whatever they do to Trump, we will do to them.
