The usual method is to get the victim to waive their right to a speedy trial by intimidation - threatening draconian charges stipulating decades of confinement as opposed to lesser felonies and misdemeanors which seldom carry four year sentences... The Washington DC circuit is made up mostly of Obama appointed judges who are communists. Most of these victims of Obama were represented by public defenders who are as hostile to them as the communist judges.

Re: 8 - Lang VOLUNTARILY waived his right to a speedy trial by REQUESTING his trial be delayed until the USSC decides Fischer v. United States as Lang is charged under 18 U.S.C. § 1512(c), in addition to his charges of hitting LEO with an aluminum baseball bat. He could have already gone to trial on the remaining charges.
