Ukraine/Burisma natural gas production doesn’t make a dent on the world stage. There’s single wells that have produced more than Burisma does.
The claim of Burisma growth and that Burisma was going to be a leader in budding fracking technology also is doubtful. As it just hasn’t been successful outside US.
A better question would be “who is going to liberate the United States?”

To add, Ukraine has history of siphoning of gas from pipelines going from Russia to Europe. Then fighting over what to pay.
At some point, Ukraine could grow to be natural gas neutral. There’s no case for LNG facility.
Overall, a word salad with enough dressing to make tasty.
