‘Decryption keys’ might be easy for some to understand as a concept, but not for all. Also, this quote states that a Windows login credential is needed. Who possesses these credentials? Who oversees the possessor of that credential? I remember well following this story in real time during the 2020 election. So this decryption key story adds information that wasn't available then. Thank you for your reply above.
