The president most responsible for this run of inflation is Trump. Inflation is a monetary phenomenon and Trump’s massive budget deficits and monetary stimulus packages put the most money into the system. Biden contributed some too for sure, but deficits, money supply and inflation rate grow are down in the last two years.
