More likely you are seeing another Russian disinformation operation. Ukraine has plenty of operatives in Russia, but why would they want to kill Tucker Carlson? That would have huge negative repercussions for them.
The Russians clearly see the benefit of claiming that Ukraine wanted to kill Tucker Carlson, and they knew that somebody like you would believe such a fictional story.
It helps to think once in a while, and not just swallow every story put out by Russian information warfare specialists.
