There is inherent blatant discrimination in this country, which is natural. For example, if a business posts a single job opening and 100 apply, when the business hires 1 person the other 99 have been discriminated against.

Exactly. Blaming that kind of discrimination on "racism" is akin to calling all complaints against leftist thinking "racism." It's deflection away from the real problem (i.e., laziness, wimpiness).

BTW, everyone discriminates in every area of their life. It's called choosing the best.
