Timing is important, true enough.

But I think the Big One will come after the November election, not before. Just imagine a lame-duck Biden suddenly thrust into the role of Commander in Chief when tens of thousands of Chinese troops suddenly appear on our own soil.

George Washington had to rely on militia at the start of the American Revolution but unfortunately we no longer have an organized militia.

"It just came to me out of the blue: our first draftees to be sent overseas should be those who crossed our borders with intent to undermine the principles that govern a Constitutional Republic."

Do you think they would fight for the USA? Would that make a good US military?

The best indicator is rainbow flag production.

If .gov places massive orders it is war.

;-)

I'll see your "Mensa" and raise you a "National Merit Scholar". In high school my youngest held two #1 positions, the most days missed and the highest GPA.

When he was maybe 6 years old, and already obviously super intelligent, I once asked him .. "What's it like to be you?". His answer ... "Imagine that you're a bee flying from flower to flower. Now imagine a beehive." :)

Today he's a medical Dr.

As long as they are not *in* the USA is does not much matter. If they fight against it, that’s their ticket to elimination.

Yep, that would really be a winning force.

“literal retards who flunked out of high school.”...

...as opposed to an average kid who just didn’t like school? Even above average kids flunk out of high school.

I still dont get how not having a diploma is such a travesty to you people... I joined the Navy at 17 without a diploma, and made MM2(E-5) in my 4 year hitch with no problem.

...all other services rejected me because I didnt have one. the Navy let me take the ASVAB and I scored a 89 on it. by the time I got home from the recruiters, all 3 services had called and willing to accept me. I stayed with the Navy because they gave me the chance.

Yes, the branches are interchangeable for that and it can be fun for someone who wants to try different branches, for instance, a guy who does Navy stuff for a couple of years and then switches to the Army or Marines for something different, or the other way around.

The Reserves and Guard can be used for a change also, say an infantryman who joins the Navy Reserves when he leaves active duty.

My father went to public school in Brooklyn and he had to learn Latin.
