It is not money, it is not the law( the existing laws, just like in most areas are sufficient if enforced), it’s political and by political I mean deep state wants it that way.
The cost to actually enforce the existing laws and secure the border (fences, walls, surveillance…) is not the problem. Look at the numbers being thrown around in congress, and if the funds are passed the border invasion will still not stop till the political will ihappens.
We could line up every abrams, Bradley and Stryker side by side covering the border, but if the order to stop them is not made then it would mean nothing

You may not have noticed but there is a daily thread on FR
with contemporary daily newspaper coverage of the US Civil War.
I don’t disagree that it is also a health and safety issue, but more over it is a moral issue. Why are all these people taking these drugs, why is it that we have to legalize another substance to remove people from reality
