It’s still left vs. right for the most part. A leftist Gen-x is just as stupid as a leftist millennial or zoomer. I mean, the dumbass old boomers running the government are completely aligned with today’s zoomers in every way.

But you can’t carry a vape pen in there like you could a pack of cigs...The cool factor is, like, zero.
what’s wrong with cargo shorts? I wear them and I’m definitely a Gen Xer. I pocket carry (inside the wasteband is too uncomfortable). The side pockets on cargo shorts are perfect for this. I can’t wear jeans unless I’m also wearing a jacket so I can stuff by gun into a jacket pocket.
Oh by the way as a Gen Xer, I did not drive drunk and never considered going to a rave (I hate dancing) and never took ecstasy.
I’d say more typical is we’ve always been cynical and distrustful of a lot of the BS shoveled our way by the establishment...ie the media, Hollywood and college profs. We were right to be skeptical.
If someone had a tactical nuke, that would have been the best time to detonate it. Just to be sure. /spit

Yup, that’s basically it. It shows quite well in the red and blue voting maps after each election. Huge cities solid blue, the countryside solid red.
The generations may have much to do with it, but the cultural differences of city vs country produces leftists/conservatives in each generation beginning with the Depression/WWII crowd on up to the most recent generation.
If the “Greatest Generation” held firm reins in the 60’s, we would not be where we are today. They survived the worst, won the big war, then gave it all away.
Most of Gen Z is under 18. Paying attention to them is akin to hanging out in high schools.

Keeping up on this stuff may give some youngish Freeper parents (or grandparents) encouraged that they are doing things right. Keep the course.

I’m 72 and I wear cargo shorts most of the time. It’s in the 20’s here in Charlotte and I wore cargo shorts earlier to walk the dog. Certain pockets are designated for certain “objects”, and these objects are pocketed in the same picket every time. Wearing dress slacks to the doctor’s office or jeans to an event requiring long pants...always puts me in a quandary as to what to do with the “limited” pockets.
Knowledge is power - ignorance is bliss - History shouldn’t be erased or ignored.
It’s absolutely fascinating to watch so many YouTube videos of people asking Gen Zers random questions. First, on balance they’re astonishingly stupid, uneducated. Second, almost without exception, when asked to defend their liberal Marxist position on anything all they are capable of doing is repeatedly spout the same bumper sticker platitude. It is stunning to me that they have no idea why they believe what they claim to believe because they simply never thought or reasoned anything through. The vast majority of them mindlessly follow what everyone is saying, like robotic droids. Watch. It’s absolutely amazing how this is a generation of mindless sheep simply beating whatever everyone around them is saying.
Who printed up those signs? The answer to that question is ANSWER.
