I’m not so sure. With all his legal issues, he kinda needs his side of the deepstate to be on his side. And he needs to win the next POTUS election. She’s the best political choice for that outcome.
There is merit to your statement, but I think Trump should be quite sure that the House will still be Republican.
We would not want Nikki to be found ineligible to be President and have a Democratic Speaker of the House become President.

There is no such thing. The only way to have the deep state on your side is to be every bit as much an insane traitorous leftist as they are. The only way the deep state will EVER view Trump is as their mortal enemy, and that includes its allegedly “conservative” members as well. Haley would be an idiotic pick, for all of the reasons already mentioned. We all saw what happened when Trump relied upon the establishment “experts” to pick his cabinet, running mate, etc. This time, he needs to listen more to the Bannons of the world and choose only hardline, dyed in the wool MAGA supporters. This isn’t some political game at this point, it is literally a war. The only question is whether the country can still be saved through a political Cold War, or if it will require the more kinetic kind. Frivolously choosing yet more RINOs for key positions will ensure the defeat of any peaceful effort to right the ship and bring us face to face with the only remaining alternative.
