We had this at my university. A female wokester gave a course in something like cross-dressing Indians and 3 students signed up. The Department rightly cancelled the class and made her teach a real history course. She left in a huff at the end of the year.

Students have an option. Employees are compelled to attend DEI "training" as part of annual "training" programs. It's the part of annual "training" that I loathe most. Just as I weathered to insane attempts to jam Marxism down my throat in college, I've adapted to getting through the DEI "training" compelled by my employer. I can regurgitate the expected answers without the least embrace of the nonsense. In most cases the "correct" answer is the most viscerally repulsive choice.
