A major depression?
Nothing changes till the money runs out.
We have witnessed the demise of a major world power in our lifetime.
We woke up, learned the Soviet Union was bankrupt. It happened that fast.

Well, if you come in legally you don’t get free housing, free cell phone, etc., etc.
But most of our politicians don’t seem to care.
Most of them seem convinced that everything will work out just fine somehow, and they certainly don’t want to hear from those of us that are deeply concerned about where all of this is ultimately heading.
