I'm glad I don't have Comcast/Xfinity.

All electronic systems are eventually compromised.

Changing passcodes frequently will help limit exposure. Using different passcodes for each application will help limit damage.

Constant monitoring of banking records and any type of online merchant order system is essential. The fewer of these you have, the better.

Eventually, you will get bitten. Quick detection will limit or may even reverse losses.

Customizing your password towards the site also helps. Your xfinity password could contain the word “comcast” in it somewhere. That keeps you from re-using passwords. Hackers tend to strong-arm passwords rather than take and educated guess at them.
