“I have a very sound reason to believe that Spectrum just sold or gave away all there customers email addresses. In any case they did not protect them. Scammers got them all directly from Spectrum somehow.”
I was at Charter/Spectrum years and sat at the Spectrum planning table. The gross incompetence and corruption was rampant. When I moved to Florida I made sure I used AT&T instead of Charter.
I had AT&T fiber and loved it. Moved, and choices were Xfinity or Windstream DSL, which was no choice. In the meanwhile, Windstream Kinetic fiber has become available. I am very tempted to switch.
Sounds bad. Making money is all they care about.
