Don’t think so, I got shingles a couple of years after getting the vax. My doctor said the vaccine doesn’t prevent it, just lessens the symptoms.

Ok. I know my parents both had it, and had never taken the vax. It’s apparently lurking in all of us... waiting to come out and wreak holy hell upon us.
