18 U.S. Code § 242 - Deprivation of rights under color of law
Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or to different punishments, pains, or penalties, on account of such person being an alien, or by reason of his color, or race, than are prescribed for the punishment of citizens, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both; and if bodily injury results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include the use, attempted use, or threatened use of a dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.
Good luck getting this before a judge but it is a Statute. .

If SCOTUS thought the prior ruling (favoring tyranny) was ok, why would they agree to hear the case? What percentage of cases do they take just to uphold the appellate court’s ruling?

Just realistic.
If so--and I pray that I am mistaken--the USA is damned by moral and intellectual mediocrity.

I think Clarence Thomas is a notable exception. He is a man of towering intellect and moral clarity.

I concur. That’s what I am afraid of also. And I have been praying. But my biggest fear is that it is now God’s will that America fall due to the rampant evil that has overtaken our nation.

I keep seeing people say about folks in various leftist parts of the country....”Well, that’s what those folks get since that’s what they voted for”. Seems kind of “cold-hearted”, to me.
And... it’s not totally accurate, since not ALL of them voted for the disaster they’re getting. I know I sure as hell didn’t vote for a Democrat...ever. Yet here we are, getting destroyed from within.
The callous attitudes by some seem to harken back to what the Bible says will happen in the end days. Hearts will “grow cold”.
