Hunter Biden indictment is a signal to Joe Biden that he’s being shown the door but there’s a lot more to this story

Hunter Biden has finally been indicted on tax charges and that’s a good thing.

“The Defendant engaged in a four-year scheme to not pay at least $1.4 million in self-assessed federal taxes he owed for tax years 2016 through 2019, from in or about January 2017 through in or about October 15, 2020, and to evade the assessment of taxes for tax year 2018 when he filed false returns in or about February 2020,” the indictment unsealed in a federal court in California alleged.

In all, Hunter Biden was charged with three tax felonies and six misdemeanors that carry a maximum of 17 years in prison if convicted. They are in addition to three felony gun charges Weiss secured against the first son in federal court in Delaware.

Amusingly, Hunter’s lawyers allege that he would not have been charged had his name not been Biden.  Sure. We all know that the IRS allows everyone else to deduct prostitutes and sex club memberships from their taxes. Hunter’s lawyers argue that he paid his taxes. He did not. Hollywood agent Kevin Morris paid his taxes. That’s also income not reported. A debt of gratitude is owed to two RIS whistleblowers- Gary Shapley and Joseph Ziegler– who came forward to testify to the coverup of the Hunter Biden tax fraud investigation.

But there’s a lot more to this story. Joe Biden is being shown the door.

You might remember that David Weiss is the weasel who changed the outcome of the 2020 election when he chose to smother the laptop investigation. He’s still a weasel. A dirtbag.

His problem was that he got caught. He never had any intention of charging Hunter Biden with anything, instead offering a sweetheart deal that would have immunized Hunter against all potential future charges. It was blown up by Judge MaryAnn Noreika.

Noreika repeatedly expressed skepticism of the first deal, asking at one point: “Have you ever seen a diversion agreement that is so broad that it encompasses crimes in another case?

When the judge queried Wise about whether he knew of any precedent for such a deal, the prosecutor replied, “No, your honor.”

As the hearing reached its conclusion, Noreika pressed lawyers on both sides several times about whether she was merely there to “rubber-stamp” the agreement.

“We’re not asking the court to rubber-stamp anything,” Wise said.

“Well, it certainly seems that way,” the judge shot back.

That ended the sweetheart deal. As the sordid details emerged it became apparent that the genie was not going back into the bottle. Accusations and assertions followed. Weiss claimed he did not have authority to press charges alone, but AG Garland testified that he did.

Yeah that is my take on all of these indictments coming all of a sudden. If Joe announces he won’t run, the charges will all magically disappear.

Even if found guilty, he will be pardoned before going to prison. All part of the dog and pony show.

This came up during the debate, and Biden lied and lied, and the MSM covered for him.

The payments were public knowledge at that time, but not one moderator chose to fact-check them.

Got to get a message to Jill, since Joe ain’t listening. Pack up your stuff and start heading to the door. All this will go away when you do.
She will suddenly remember that Joe is suffering from the onset of dementia, after all and just needs to be home with the family.

Yes. And the Democrats will figure out some way to deal with Harris. They'll nominate someone they consider electable to run against Trump, someone who, like Biden, will do the bidding of the puppet-masters.

Expect the Democrats to stop at NOTHING to defeat Trump. They are cornered animals and are very dangerous.

Here’s my take:

1. US Attorney hired under Trump’s Administration. This will be used against him.

2. Trump appointed Judge. This will be used against the Judge.

3. This appears to be an action by Weiss to show he is now off the ranch. AG forced to allow Special Counsel Weiss to be independent after it was show he was not! This is Weiss thrown dirt in the AG’s face.

4. But the Deep State has the magic bullet! 28 CFR § 600.3 - Qualifications of the Special Counsel. “ The Special Counsel shall be selected from outside the United States Government.” OOPs, sorry we messed up, sorry Hunter case dismissed!

Agreed. There are no coincidences.

The indictment provides easy cover for the forthcoming congressional hearing. Hunter will invoke the 5th on everything.

Anything short of high treason is a modified limited hangout.

Maybe they saw how Trump kept going up in the polls every time they charged him and wanted to get in on that action.

Just like with Trump ... maybe ... the difference being that Trump is sane.

Questions:
1. In Felony Tax Evasion and Tax Fraud cases, it is standard procedure to SEIZE all available assets and lien everything they can. Why hasn’t this been done yet???

2. Hunter was residing in California for a lot of these years, Why hasn’t the Ca FTB filed Criminal Charges too?

3. The CA FTB is ruthless, in all cases of Tax Fraud or Tax Invasion, it is standard procedure to LIEN or SEIZE all assets available, Why haven’t they yet?

This Cal residence thing...I thought he only married that California gal in the past five years (2019). Prior to that, I thought he was a Delaware resident?

Another part to this...this new wife...is a S-A holding a residence permit. At a moment’s notice, I thought she could pack up and leave for S-A.

Seems to me they’re shoving Hunter into the path of the bus, under the theory that Joe’s replacement will pardon him “in the best interests of the country “ before he ever comes to trial.

I predict that the gop will go all squishy once Biden is out of wh, and claim that they “won’t stoop to liberal levels” by impeachment or going after Joe legally, claiming “it would be cruel to pick on someone with obvious mental problems due to his condition” or some such nonsense.

Hope I’m wrong- but judging by past gop performance, who knows?

They'll nominate someone they consider electable to run against Trump

Newsom vs. Haley.

Trump will go to ADX Florence as part of the get Biden out arrangement.

He's not coming back. Start thinking ahead.

28 CFR§600.3 is an internal regulation of the DOJ, not a law.

It will have no relevance to a court proceeding involving a special counsel. If anything, a court is more likely to throw out the regulation in its entirety because it allows the DOJ to prosecute cases through prosecutors who are not subject to the law as established by Congress.
