Oh yes. Trump had policies all right.
One of them was to build The Wall.

He did build the wall, after fighting Republican congressmen, Federal judges, the MSM, etc. He had to go to the Supreme Court, finally, to okay his funding source — the defense budget. There were over 500 miles built. It could have been completed iin his first term if he had gotten Republican support in the very beginning.
