I also don't see how the case in the Commie judge D.C. court can go on as scheduled in March 2024. As Alan Dershowitz pointed out, the sheer number of documents is so large that they would have to read 70,000 pages per day to be ready by the absurdly EARLY trial date.

They don't really care. The idea is to force Trump to defend against the baseless charges as long as possible, divert his time and financial resources from his campaign, try to shut him up, and they fully plan to convict him before the primaries end, requiring a time consuming appeal. Anyone who has spent anytime following what modern judges do in their courtrooms knows that too many are just petty tyrants. They do things they know are legally wrong and then say, "If you don't like my decision, you can file an appeal". Appeals were intended to correct errors, not intentional misconduct, but the prerogative writs seldom issue as appellate courts concern themselves with "judicial economy".

USSC needs to step in at least DELAY this madness until AFTER the election next year. What Jack Smith & Co. are doing is more than obvious ELECTION INTERFERENCE.

Oh, you can't use the word "baseless" in this context. It may only be used as a modifier in connection to Trump's claims of a stolen election. /s
