Twenty five years ago? And so much for having it expunged……..you are reading it, right? Criminal? The only difference between Byron and other politicians, he was a “criminal” BEFORE he became a politician. Byron is solid.

Right, I have noticed there are a few here who are not friends.
The marijuana distribution charge could not be expunged
There is the larger issue of illegally leaking sealed judicial records. Remember when Obama's team in Chicago got Jack Ryan's sealed divorce records leaked to force him out of the Senate race?
How about when President Trump's tax records were leaked by an IRS official who's now being charged for it?
How about when lowly Joe the Plumber had his business license information leaked by a Democrat office manager because he asked Obama a question on the street that Obama flubbed the answer to ("We have to spread the wealth around")?
What we don't need is politics by leak. One step in fighting that is to not let the leaked information work against the target of the leak. Who's interest is being served by the leaker, ours or theirs?
