Until we recognize that it was not just Clinton, Obama or especially Biden but an organized machine we will continue with more of the same.
You listed a few of the major foreign agents but I believe our principal weakness is with domestic players, both in and out of government who have been coerced.
Even with fairly decent elections it appears the most we can hope for are handcuffed R politicians. Given the political courage to confront the issue, that is something we should be able to correct.
