She shouldn’t feel that badly about it... There were likely Jews who supported the National Socialist in Germany too... That is, until they figured it out that the National Socialist would be deporting them, and then later taking them to ‘work’ camps where they would be gassed and slaughtered.
You see... In Germany they never referred to the NAZI’s as NAZI’s... That was a slur developed by the allies when they went to war against Germany... Germans instead referred to them as the ‘National Socialist’... It was so much easier than saying the ‘National Socialist German Workers Party’ every time... Such a mouthful... Why would you say that all the time when you can just shorten it.
And that’s the thing about Socialist, Marxist and Communist... They all spring from the same root and they all have one thing in common... And that’s a hatred for religion, and especially the religion of Judaism.
Once you figure that out supporting these so-called ‘left-wing’ lunatics doesn’t make a whole lot of sense. Even if you aren’t terribly religious... Why would you support any group who’s lack of morality is the very essence of their existence.
In their heart, Leftist do not believe in good and evil. They only believe in the state and the ability of the state to determine what’s best for everybody. If you start adding religion and good and evil to that equation, it makes those decisions subject to morality... And that’s not a good thing for an all controlling state.
While Sarah Silverman is likely immoral and not very religious... I doubt very much that she is amoral... And to be a good Socialist, Marxist or Communist... You must be amoral.
