Absolutely not and stop asking.
The argument is specious. The blog pimp does NOTHING but pimp the blog with regularity. He is in NO WAY shy when it comes to that. I say let him donate and set an example along with all his blog pimping. I can at least encourage donations.
So, as they say, “Mind ya business.”
And I say again, how do you know he's not donating regularly?
