That is a ruse.
It does not require a border wall to stop this particular invasion. It only requires the right kind of message to the Mexican president, who has initiated an act of war against the United States, an act of war that has never before occurred in world history and allowed and invited by the Biden administration.
He will slow walk the border wall and still allow the invasion.
