That vote comes to the floor only if it gets a House GOP majority. If not, nope.

All of a sudden, Ukraine funding has elevated to the primary significance.

Doesn’t need a GOP majority. Just all the Dems and about a dozen RINOs will do it - and they will.

Per USA Today, it's already passed the Senate and headed to Biden's desk.

So around Nov 15th, we'll do the same song and dance again.
