The judge presiding over former President Trump’s multiple charges related to his attempts to legally challenge the 2020 presidential election comes from a family with a history of Marxist revolutionary activities in Jamaica. The judge’s family history was reported recently by the New York Post.
Judge Tanya S. Chutkan, appointed by President Obama, is the grandchild of Frank Hill. Hill was a communist revolutionary in Jamaica who, along with his brother Ken, was briefly incarcerated by the British governor of the island during WWII due to suspicions of “subversive activities,” the report notes.
Frank Hill is the father of Noelle Hill, who is Judge Chutkan’s mother, according to public records. Frank and his brother Ken were ousted from the People’s National Party of Jamaica for their communist beliefs, as reported by Jamaican media outlets.
Ken was described as “more pragmatic and less concerned with political theory” by Richard Hart in his 1999 book, “Towards Decolonisation: Political, Labour and Economic Developments in Jamaica 1938–1945.”
“Ken Hill, by far the most influential, was more pragmatic and less concerned with political theory than most members of the left. He probably began to consider himself a communist both as a result of the influence of his brother Frank and also his observation of the course of world events,” Hart wrote of the brothers.
Judge Chutkan has faced accusations from conservatives, who allege that she demonstrates political bias in her role. Florida Rep. Matt Gaetz, for example, recently introduced a resolution seeking to censure and investigate the judge for “open bias and partisanship in the conduct of her official duties,” referencing her past remarks in support of Black Lives Matter protesters in 2020.

Judge Chutkan spent 12 years working for Boies, Schiller, & Flexner LLP, starting in 2002, becoming a partner in 2007.
To be clear, she didn't work for Boies in 2000 when he defended Gore. She joined the Boies law firm two years after the Gore election challenge. It was still fresh news as George W Bush was only two years into his term ("selected not elected") when Chutkan signed on with Boies.
She clearly had no problem working for a man who once challenged an election in court, having done so only two years later.
Isn't it ironic that she teamed up with the first man who challenged a Presidential election in court and she's now trying to jail a man for challenging a Presidential election?

The woman would have a hard time getting a TS and near zero chance of getting through a SSBI clearance.
But it’s OK to be a federal judge in the DC Circuit and be in charge of the future of the United States.
After glancing at the headline I thought this was the Bee...but it’s real.

Any credible judge would have started the process to dismiss these charges for multiple reasons.
This hatchet girl keeps reciting from her little red book while she participates in ending or political system.
These are evil people with the worst intentions and no conscience.
Obama really irreparably broke this country. John Kerry would have appointed many of the same radicals to the bench, but Obama early on realized how he could weaponize the government against us and get away with it using his skin color as armor while the press was happy to look the other way.
Now, it’s just the normal way all Democrats do business. They see how much they can get away with and that we’ll just sit here and take it. Biden’s taking $20M bribes for state favors. The press yawns. He sends out fundraising tweets “a propos of nothing” (wink, wink) just as he’s having his likely political opponent arrested. They have to be kicking themselves for any pretenses of trying to play fair with us when they could have gone full communist dictatorship decades ago without any pushback.
Where are the demands for recusals by Trump’s attorneys?
He’ll be found guilty and then aquitted on appeal. This is all for show.
