Looked that goblin up the other day - is a 40 year old hoodrat loser out of Houston with a 20 year long rapsheet. Been in trouble for like half his life. He last got released in 2014. Back in the cage he goes for another round on the taxpayer's dime. He's obviously a defective who's never going to rehabilitate and a sure danger to society, which nearly fortuitously came to a permanent end the other day.
