At the convention, he was understandably still seething at Trump’s despicable accusation against his father and his insulting words about his wife Heidi’s appearance. Additionally, you’ll recall that Trump referred to Cruz repeatedly as “Lyin’ Ted Cruz”. Of course, that’s all fair game for the Only-Trump crowd.
