This week the Socialist Left premier of Victoria cancelled his own government's scheme for a Regional Commonwealth Games because he said his own scheme was too expensive.
As Victoria grapples with this further evidence of the stunning incompetence of Premier Daniel Michael Andrews, I look to history to understand what has just happened.
On this date in 356 b.c. Alexander The Great was born.
He said, “I am not afraid of an army of lions lead by a sheep. I am afraid of an army of sheep lead by a lion.”
Andrews is a tough, callous, uncompromising and dictatorial leader dominating a scared, timid people. He terrifies me.
On this date in 1881 Sioux Chief Sitting Bull surrendered to US federal troops.
“Let us put our minds together,” the Chief once said, “and see what we can do for our children.”
Sitting Bull's leadership was based on dialogue with a view to the future.
Daniel Andrews doesn’t believe in open decision making. He believes in winning the next election by making promises he doesn’t feel any need to keep or even respect.
Along the way to this recent decision, Andrews says, “it would not be in the taxpayer’s interests to discuss finances …..”
Daniel Andrews ignores those who care about the future.
On this date in 1969, Neil Armstrong became the first man to set foot on the moon.
“I think we’re going to the moon,” said Armstrong, ” because it’s in the nature of the human being to face challenges.”

As you know, the article has “Premier” which is not the proper title and it left out the full name of the state of “Victoria”. Andrews should be addressed as “Chairman Dan” of the “Socialist People’s Republic of Victoria” I hope the people of Victoria have finally wised up to how corrupt this guy is, but it is so much dominated by the lefties and Greens in Melbourne over the conservative Aussies in the rural area, that I am very much afraid it is too late.

Not calling it fake news, but I would like to see a copy of his Birth Certificate.

I was a midwife for thirty years.
On the way out of the womb he couldnt have opened his mouth in the birth canal because it would have been too tight a squeeze.
Exiting the birth canal he would take his first breath when he hit the relatively colder air, but it is unlikely if his first breath would have been used to try to get clever about leadership.
That would have come later.

I don’t think he can survive as labor leader till the next election but I don’t think there is a challenge on the cards now.
