Haim Ramon attacks 'Haaretz': "Even in a Y.N (Haredi paper) there is more pluralism"
The Haaretz newspaper published an article: "Netanyahu is interested in the Milchan Wall operation in Jenin, don't show up" - to which Haim Ramon responded in the Patriots: "Haaretz has become a Pravda, which is all recruited to the service of a political line. This is not a newspaper, it is a pamphlet. Even at Yated-Neeman, there is more pluralism" -
And this is a RS on wiki. Imagine that.
Oh snap!
It claims to be “progressive.:
I really like Yated Ne’eman, but I noticed that even they are attacking G’vir.
Ben Gvir is Da’ati Leumi, not Hareidi. Chilonim don’t make distinctions, but they are worlds apart.
“Haaretz has become a Pravda” - disagree. It was Pravda before Pravda was founded.

Diagnosing Haaretz

Israel’s left-leaning daily presents itself as supporting democratic and pluralist values, but in fact represents an insular vehicle for promoting the cultural supremacy of an elite grounded in early 20th century racism

True.
By the Soros/Haaretz type of haters, every kipa is negative.
Silly me. Here I was thinking Haaretz was "Pravda" spelled in Hebrew.
And OBTW, it bears mention that a preponderance of the founders of the modern nation of Israel had a decidedly socialist bent. In fact they were getting cozy with the Soviets until Mme. Golda tried to hold Stalin's feet to the fire about letting Soviet Jews make Aliya (emigrate to Israel).
So as a nation they have drifted a long, long ways to the right in the 76 years since.
