Georgia uses 100% paper ballots, GA requires state ID to vote, (the exception is Native Americans can use Federal ID). GA ID have barcodes on the back, barcode gets scanned before you can vote. Purple dye would be ok by me (if the hand stamps work at clubs, hey, why not?).
