[Note to congress: Questioning Durham this month is defense key #1] Seems oddly worded. I bet the concept here is pretty simple, but I don't really understand the words inside the brackets. "Defense key #1" is not a common phrase -- especially with Durham being a bit of a double agent.

So the DOJ took documents that weren’t initially marked as classified and *they* determined them to be classified, exceeding the power of the President to declassify whatever he chooses?
Where is that in the Constitution?
