Some people are just self-absorbed and nutso.
Mulvaney, in all probability, is manifesting what is called “reprobation”; it is spiritual psychopathy/sociopathy and the clinical description is found in Rom. 1:18-32 and II Tim. 3:1-5.
The only way to protect our children and ourselves is to avoid those who manifest this pathology.
