The grand jury hearing evidence in Special Counsel Jack Smith’s case against Trump related to the classified documents stored at Mar-a-Lago is meeting this week after a lull, according to a leak to NBC News.
Biden’s Justice Department has nothing on Trump so they are going to try to get him on ‘obstruction’ charges.
The grand jury had recently taken a break from hearing evidence in the Trump docs case and now they are expected to be back in Washington this week.

The federal grand jury that has been hearing evidence in the Justice Department’s investigation of former President Donald Trump’s handling of classified documents is expected to meet again this coming week in Washington, according to multiple people familiar with the investigation.
Prosecutors working for special counsel Jack Smith have been presenting the grand jury with evidence and witness testimony for months, but activity appeared to have slowed in recent weeks based on observations at the courthouse and sources.
It’s unclear whether prosecutors are prepared to seek an indictment at this point. The Justice Department would not comment on the status of the investigation.

When do the grand juries meet for the O’Bamma and FJB classified documents investigations? Oh sh*t, that’s right. They’re both Dung Beetle Party memebers. Those two azhos are above the law.
Next, they will indict Trump for criminal trespass for entering the Whitehouse. These illegal lawfare indictments need to be prosecuted for the harassment they are, and Trump needs to stop responding to them they way he has. It is only encouraging them.
These are the same people who leaked presidential phone calls with other world leaders to friendly media with zero repercussions. What we have now are corrupt, compromised politicians who are protected by the DOJ and use brainwashed goons at the FBI and CIA to harass political opponents. Glad I’m getting older so I won’t see the complete fallout and both my kids are hardcore indoctrinated Leftists so while I love them, they vote for this abuse of power.
There is zero reason Hunter Biden should not be at least under indictment.
Trump should ignore these indictments at this point, call them out for the political weapon they are, and make them come arrest him and hold him in a cell.

It’s usually a known schedule or, more likely, a witness/defendant’s attorney that leaks.
