AZ Courts don’t care about evidence.
It has been my observation that most courts don't care about evidence. They make up their minds what they want to believe, and they just go with it.
As a group, Judges are the most unprofessional people I have ever seen. They would be comical (and often are) were it not for the serious results that sometimes occur from their childish infantile rulings.
“Evidence? We don need no stinkin’ evidence.”
My guess is that there are AZ rules for evidence. A wild guess is that these videos don’t approach being admissible.
The rules are there for a reason. Why does that confuse and anger people?
