Regardless of that, the Ruskies do now have 90% of Bakhmut. Once the mud dries out the Russians will do their spring offensive and we’ll see what happens.
At some point I’m pretty sure the US and NATO will get directly involved in this fight. After that it should degrade quickly to nukes.
