Russia dropped 2 bombs on Belgorod last night, not 2. One exploded and the second one is currently being defused.

Definitely 2 bombs. Here's a video of the bomb that exploded:

Lots of possibilities on why or how this happened. I'll post my educated guesswork on today's thread. Hint: most involve stupidity.
