This is a hoax. Supposedly the document was captured in 1919, but it first appeared in 1946, at the start of the Cold War. No one has ever found a source for it. https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/communist-rules-for-revolution/

If you want to dismiss Snopes (and the sources cited within the Snopes piece) as agents of the left, then just present a valid ORIGINAL source for the authenticity of the piece (and NOT a column or letter to the editor claiming to have found it somewhere else).

Yes, but even though ‘SNOPES’ called them ‘False’, they said that the earliest version of the ‘Rules’ was printed in 1946, in the wake of Winston Churchill’s ‘Iron Curtain’ speech.

So, they disagree with the date, and I do as well, it still is a semi-historical relevance item.................
