The lawyer who represented the ' QAnon Shaman' in his trial for storming the Capitol on January 6 has said that his client has been released from prison to a halfway house. Jacob Chansley, 35, pleaded guilty in September 2021 to civil disorder and violent entry to the Capitol, among other charges, and was sentenced to 41 months in federal prison.

He plead guilty to “violent entry of the capitol”?
I wonder what they threatened him with to get him to make that plea, or if they actually had something on him.
Hard to imagine they would be escorting him around if he had actually made a “violent entry”.

I am glad he is out, but I think about those that did nothing any “worse”, or things far less, who did not get the attention Chansley got from people like Tucker who are being held or doing time for made up and hyped up offences.

I heard he was not too far from being released before the Tucker videos. I believe Tucker even mentioned that.
I am really bothered for those that have been held for a couple years and still have had no trial. I figure the regime has little evidence on these people, so the punishment is being held prior to a trial.
The right to a speedy trial is out the door never to return.
