BAKHMUT CITY /1820 UTC 26 MAR/ This report is based on the 1800 [Kyiv] reports of the UKR Gen’l Staff. RU attacks on Ivanivske broken up. UKR says RU losses include 11 main battle tanks, 15 infantry fighting vehicles and upwards of 700 Russian troops Killed in Action (KIA).

Russia may need to build more tall buildings, with more windows, to prepare for surging demand.
A fire is reported at a Minsk Automobile Plant, in the capital of Belarus. There were reportedly explosions prior to the fire.

My guess is UKR has been gathering target intel for several weeks or months using Leleka-100 drones.
From Feb 11, 2023: Leleka-100 is a fully autonomous unmanned aerial system (UAS) developed by DEVIRO, an unmanned aircraft systems manufacturer based in Ukraine.
The Leleka-100 can carry electro-optical, thermal/daylight and high-resolution imaging payloads including a PLCI Z30 daylight module with changeable 20x optical zoom, and a PLCI IR night vision module with fixed 4x optical zoom.
Whatever the plan is for Ukraine’s Spring counteroffensive, it must include preparation with fires.
NATO planners must have been poring over the target lists, in endless meetings and approval processes.
I expect a significant ass whipping for the Russian forces. I hope they exceed my expectations.

Tendar says the building was ‘bobby-trapped’. No idea why he says that or how he knows that.

Might have been the mate of the large UA drone that Russia claimed their EW unit cause to crash and explode in a civilian area yesterday.
