STRIKE PACKAGE: @Euan_MacDonald reports that Tu-95 strategic bombers have sortied & are orbiting over the Caspian Sea. Tu-95s and Tu-160 bombers have taken off from Engels-2 air base in Russia, and four MiG-31Ks, possibly w/ Kinzhal hypersonic missiles, are over Bryansk, Russia.
