Two left-wing formerly high-ranking U.S. intelligence officials argue an influential media report about their Trump-bashing accusations related to Hunter Biden’s laptop was … wait for it … fake news.
Both James Clapper, former national intelligence director, and Thomas Finger, whose career included a stint as chairman of the National Intelligence Council, trotted out Donald Trump’s favorite trope to distance themselves from their efforts to quash the explosive 2020 story uncovered by the New York Post.

Clapper lied under oath to congress how good can his word be worth.

They leaked fake stories to WAPO and NYT and then they inserted those very articles in FISAs as evidence of wrongdoing.

Again, the 51 intelligence community types who signed this letter regarding Trump and supposed Russian collusion should all have their clearances revoked for life.
They did not make the slightest move to deny it when the story was first published.
They have not repudiated their letter in ANY way.
They have not stated that Russia was not involved and that the truth has turned out to be that Hunter and Joe Biden were taking bribes and are controlled foreign assets. Furthermore Trump was correct and he was NOT a foreign asset.
Clapper and the other “intel community” types are criminals that participated in a coup. The entire intel community is a treasonous formation. Nobody in the community rose up or disputed their lies. They work AGAINST the Founders creation.
EXACTLY. Two years ago when the bidet was trumpeting that 51 intelligence services said it was a fabrication, Claptrap said not one word that he never said it was.
They are saying now that they only said it had the hallmarks of a Russian disinformation campaign. Not that it actually was one. They lied then and now.
The theatre of the letter, (51 signees, weeks before an election), it was written to be mis-understood. It’s purpose was completely fulfilled. Denying it now only tells what they think of the voters.
