Democrats went too far left for the man.
Republicans had no respect for their standard-bearer.
Independent is not much of an option. Name one Independent candidate who has been elected President in the last 123 years. (Doing so would eliminate a lot of coattail candidates down-ballot.)
Trump will not run 3rd party.
In the end, he’s been TOO respectful of the republican party.
