Police have stated they were in their underwear (I agree that it is normal to sleep in boxers. It is pretty weird they were both in underwear though). Police have stated that Pelosi opened the door and then returned to his “attacker.” Who did not attack until police arrived. David said he was a friend. Lying? Not contradicted.
These facts were all over the news I am not going to google the cites. Yes I know they were contradicted later.
If a nut somehow bypassed the security on my third in line to the presidency home and I called from the bathroom but did not even stay there to stay safe - I’d be saying NO HE IS NOT A FRIEND HELP COME QUICK and I would not have left the locked bathroom for love or money. Honestly.

And finally do not ask me to believe for one second that there is not extreme security around the Pelosi home at all times. That is completely unbelievable and no she does not have to be home do they want people entering and putting in recorders or poison or bombs or messing with food/pills whatever? Of course not.
