He “had neither been notified that he had official records nor been asked to return them, the White House said,” according to the Times. And Biden is “unaware of their contents,” according to CBS News, which first reported the story.
He was never notified because he removed them without authority. A MUCH bigger deal that retaining them after some official purpose had been served.

I find it quite possible that Obama arranged for Joe to have these documents so as to have something to hold over his head in order to keep Joe under control.

However, his announcement that he will run in 2024 has caused them to go to Plan B, and install Kamala Harris before Joe's term is up. Yep, you are watching the crooks in action here. They know full well that Kamala has no real support.
That will be the beginning of the Democrat downfall. It will cause them to lose the Presidency & Senate in 2024, because they aren't very deep in quality.
It will also cause the House to become controlled by a much larger Republican majority.
But do not celebrate, because it will be Uniparty Republicans, unless we can make significant changes with regards to how states conduct their elections.
Getting rid of electronic voting, cleaning up voter rolls, limiting mail-in ballots, and totally eliminating ballot harvesting are the changes needed to return election integrity to the election process.
Question is, can we successfully do it?
