My wife and I both had COVID and recovered quickly without being vaccinated. So, obviously, the vaccine is not the “only” explanation.
A friend of mines buddy was vaxxed and boosted. Got COVID and died in less that 48 hours. He was a healthy 50 year old man.

1 million / 265 millin = 0.3%
Which means 99.7% have reported no adverse effects.
