Most people who lie, give away the lie with a “tell” or some type of mannerism that gives away they are lying.
For Biden it’s when he adds some type of phrase to the lie that tries to reenforce that what he just said is the truth.
Things like, “that’s a fact”, “god’s honest truth”, “seriously or honestly”, etc..
