Trump is clearly not listening to anyone and has been broken by what happened in 2020.
Most of us can see it. Others will take longer to break out from the cult of personality.
I love Trump. I voted for him twice. I voted for his candidates. Trump showed us that energy independence is possible, that a strong economy is possible, that slowing illegal immigrants with "remain in Mexico" works, that you can ignore the Palestinians and broker peace between Israel and Arab nations, that North Korea, Russia and China can be kept in check without starting new wars directly or via proxy.
But Trump is not showing us how to win elections anymore. He is making this all about himself and attacking those who have not attacked him.
In 2015, Trump would not attack unless he was attacked first. Now Trump is attacking first and it is small and petty.
Again, I feel he is a broken man who should feel proud of what he accomplished and retire with Melania and his billions. He does not need everyone to agree with his accomplishments to know he had great accomplishments.

Exactly! Apparently Desantis sees that since he has said he will not run if Trump does.
But Trump seems to be trying to make it a thing anyway. The more he does that, the more likely we lose in 2024 even if Desantis doesn’t respond.

Please. It’s the Republicans who throw races, not the Democrats. Even if the old systems had been put back in place for 2022, DeSantis would have still come out ahead, just not by as much. JMO.
DeSantis also fought hard for his win. In the run-up to the election, I was getting 1 to 2 DeSantis mailers PER DAY in my mailbox, and sometimes more. He did what the Democrats normally do, and fought like he was ten points behind.
If true, another good reason for four more years, not two more years, in Florida.
As I understand it, a voter can request a ballot by mail, bu t the process is strictly controlled. There is none of this “just send ballots to every household” nonsense that creates fertile ground for cheating.
Maryland did the latter in 2020 for its primary elections, making them strictly mail-in due to COVID, and the results were so screwy that about 10 percent of the ballots cast were thrown out.
Whatever. You can look down on us “cultists” all you want (as you parrot Democratic talking points). Unless the ruling cabal kills him, he will be the GOP Nominee for President.
