1) Move voting to two weekend days
2) Have to vote in person. If you can't, tough toenails
3) Have to have ID, be a resident for more than 60 days, and registered at least a week before the election.
4) After voting, your index finger dipped in purple ink so you can't vote more than once.
5) Paper ballots that can be counted by machine and by humans.
6) Only registered voters in a particular district (local, state, or federal) can contribute to candidates or election efforts in that district
7) Regular cleansing of voter rolls

All good points. Voter ID with photo is the most critical.
Largest democracy in world had printed 800+ Million such ID’s in 2020. Probably many more now. I was told no one can vote without that voter ID.

“Only registered voters in a particular district (local, state, or federal) can contribute to candidates or election efforts in that district”

This alone would change everything. There would be so little:money for tv ads that candidates would have to campaign in person or on local tv and radio. It is probably unconstitutional , unfortunately
